Queensland University of Technology (QUT) is a major Australian university with more than 50,000 students and offering more than 400 courses and research programs. It was first built by the name of Brisbane School of Arts in 1849 and changed its name as Queensland Institute of Technology in 1965. Then in J1988, after the passing of the Queensland University of Techinology Act, the university began operating by the name of Queensland University of Technology in January 1989. The university attatches itself with ambitious and collaborative spirits and seeks to equip its students and graduates with the skills they need in an increasingly disrupted and challenged world.
A cooperation agreement was signed between JSMC and QUT in 2018 after the 2017-visit by the delegation from JSMC. Since then, frequent teachers and students changes have been carried out. Around 40 teachers and students form JSMC had been to QUT for short time exchange and study.
