On the afternoon of December 5th, the second students’ congress of the Medical Imaging School was held in the Lecture Hall of the library. Party Branch Secretary Hu Guohua, Secretary of the Youth League Branch Liu Houdong were invited to the opening ceremony, and 30 student representatives attended the congress. Zhang Shuqi, member of the student union of the Medical Imaging School, served as the host of the congress.
The congress began with the National Anthem of China. Deputy Party Branch Secretary Hu Guohua first congratulated to the congress and extended his greetings to all students of the school. He then put forward 4 hopes to all the students: to find the right direction of the life, to cultivate ethics, to study hard with correct methods, and not afraid of innovation to achieve an all-round development. In the second stage of the congress, the work report, the election rules and the list of candidates were reviewed and passed. And the new session of the student union members and representatives were elected.
At the closing ceremony, Secretary of the Youth League Branch Liu Houdong gave hopes in his speech to the new student union members. He believed that they can lead the school through their hard work, leadership, and exemplary model to a brighter future. The congress ended with the chorus of the song of JSMC.
