On the afternoon of December 3rd, the second students’ congress of the Nursing School was held in the Fifth Conference Room of the library. Party Branch Secretary He Shuzhi, Secretary of the Youth League Branch Wang Yan were invited to the opening ceremony, and 52 students as young representatives attended the congress. Ding Zhiwei, vice-chairman of the Student Union of the Nursing School, served as the host of the congress.

In the speech, she commended the work of the student union, and pointed out that the student union should strengthen its foundation on thoughts, innovation, and volunteer services to fully promote the development of the Nursing School and JSMC. In the second stage of the congress, chairwoman of the student union Zhu Ju made a report on the work of the student union for the past year, and briefly introduced the work in the future. The work report, the election rules and the list of candidates were reviewed and passed. And the new session of the student union members and representatives were elected.
