On the morning of April 29th, JSMC 2021 Sports Games was held at the stadium of the east campus.
Accompanied by the March of Athletes, eight representative teams from schools and departments entered the stadium one by one. Subsequently, representatives of the athletes and referees made speeches and oaths, and promised to participate and judge the game fairly, and to show the good spirit of JSMC through the games. Vice President Wang Hui then announced the opening of the 2021 JSMC Sports Games.
By the end of the opening ceremony, the performance by the gymnastics team perfectly carried forward the spirit of unity and hardworking, demonstrating the activeness and positiveness of the students of JSMC with their leaping steps, standard movements and postures, winning big applauses of the teachers and students.
In the two-day sports games, more than 1,400 teachers and students participated in 33 competitions. In the stadium, the tenacious athletes and the audiences’ burst of cheers together created a good and competitive atmosphere.
Based on the final results announced by Chief Referee Dong Ming, the Medical Technology School, the Pharmacy School and the Nursing School won the top three in the total scores.
