To comprehensively study and implement the spirit of Xi Jinping’s important speech at the 4th Plenary Session of the 19th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, as well as the spirit of the 5th Plenary Session of Jiangsu Commission for Discipline Inspection, on the afternoon of June 10th, JSMC held the 2020 mobilization conference on strict governance of the Party at the International Conference Center. All college leaders, deans of departments and schools, director of party branches, and all staff from the administrative departments attended the conference hosted by deputy secretary, president Chen Guozhong.
At the conference, Xu Bojing, secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, made deployment of constructing working style from three aspects: the necessity of the construction, the tasks of construction, and the implementation measures. Deputy secretary Li Yuhua announced the “Decision for Recommending Advanced Departments and Schools in Implementing the Responsibility System for Party Construction and Clean Governance in 2019”.
Subsequently, the 2020 Party Construction and Clean Governance Responsibility Letter was signed between party secretary Hao Dafu and party committee members, party branch secretaries and department deans. The 2020 Party Building Target Responsibility Letter and the 2020 Ideological Work Responsibility Letter were signed with each party branch secretary and dean.
Finally, party committee secretary Hao Dafu made a report on the comprehensive and strict governance work of the party in 2020, summarizing the comprehensive and strict governance of the party done in 2019, and systematically deployed JSMC's work in 2020. He pointed out that 2020 is the most important year of JSMC’s development. Comprehensive and strict governance of the party is a powerful driving force to win the war against the epidemic and to gain JSMC’s comprehensive development. In order to fulfill the further promotion of strictly governing the party, he emphasized that all staff mustl provide a strong political guarantee for the realization of the high-quality development of JSMC under the guidance of the policy.
